| Drop us an e-mail anytime or give us a call, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, for a tailored quote to suit you specific needs |
| Once we have agreed the quote or chosen package and you are happy we move on. |
| We ask for a 25% deposit before we start work on your new site. |
| We will register your chosen domain name(s) for you and set up your hosting account on our servers. We will also set up your new email accounts and advise you on the best way to access them. You are free to start using your new email addresses immediately. If you are unsure about what domain name to register, or your chosen name is unavailable, we can work with you to come up with a name that will suit your business. |
If you already have a logo and would like to keep it, we would need this sent to us in the highest quality available to you - preferably a digital copy, but if this is not available the highest quality after this, headed paper for example (which we will then digitise). If you do not have a logo, we will work with any ideas you may have, or if you prefer, you can leave it to us and we'll create you a brand from scratch. Either way, we'll send you a selection of different logos in different colour schemes for your approval. |
We would ask for any photographs and copy (text information) you have and would like to appear on your site, you can send these to us via e-mail, on CD or by mail. Again, digital formats are preferable, but we can work with hard copies if need be. If you do not have these required elements we can work with you to get them produced (i.e. send out a photographer/purchase stock images), however this service is not included in our package prices. |
| We will then produce an overall design to submit to you for your approval - this will usually be the home page of your site. |
| After seeing your new site, if you would like any alterations made, we will be happy to discuss changes with you and re-submit for your approval. This most important person to be happy with the site is you and we aim to gain 100% customer satisfaction. |
| Once you are happy with your new website and the site has been completely built, we will upload the site to our servers and push it live on your domain name. The site will be password protected at this point - we will provide you with the password (feel free to share it with your friends/colleagues). Upon receipt of final payment, we will remove the password protection and you'll be fully live on the internet! Now would be a good time to make sure you have your web address on any printed media you use (business cards, newspaper advertising etc.) If you require any further advice or help on how to promote your online business, talk to us & we can work within your needs. |
